IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU PROCEED
You will require your cruise line booking number to check into your cruise. This can be found on email correspondence as Booking reference number or on your booking confirmation in the PDF detailing your itinerary under the Supplier Booking Number. If you cannot find it, please call us and we can provide it to you.
EMERALD CRUISES ONLINE CHECK-IN:
In order you retrieve your travel documentation / tickets, you will need to complete your trip personaliser. For your emerald booking, please follow the below directions.
If you have not done so already, you will need to go to Emerald’s trip personaliser Emerald Trip Personaliser and complete the mandatory fields. You can save your progress at any time during the online registration and go back to it if need be.
- Go to Emerald Trip Personaliser.
Add in your cruise booking number, your last name and first name.
PLEASE NOTE: It will display Scenic on the screen, as Emerald Cruises are part of the Scenic group.
You will see fields that are incomplete and completed. All fields must be completed.
- Your travel documentation / tickets will be sent to your address via post.
